Rock Island holds Open House

On Friday August 10th, H.B. Wilkinson’s Rock Island Branch held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House to celebrate their new location. The Rock Island Office is located at 322 16th St. south of the Rock Island Police Department and across from the city parking deck. Hors’ devours were catered by Putter’s Bar and Grill. The Quad City Chamber of Commerce were there to hold the ribbon, along with the Rock Island Staff, President Dan Mennenoh, and Greg Kosin, C.E.O of H.B. Wilkinson Title Company. Manager Mary Bingham had the honor of cutting the ribbon.

Kirsten Adami Joins H.B. Wilkinson

Kirsten graduated from Highland Community College in 1999 with an Associates Degree majoring in Psychology. She then attended Clarke College where she received her B.A. in Art in 2001. Kirsten joins us after moving from New Jersey where she worked at ExMachina, a Design and Marketing Company. With over 10 years experience, Kirsten will be assisting all of our offices with sales & marketing. She enjoys reading, playing volleyball and of course, socializing.

Employee of the Month

At the Managers meeting held on August 10th in Rock Island, two employees were selected as employee of the month for June and July. Jenny Heins from the Galena office was selected for the month of June.

Jenny has been traveling to many of our offices over the summer to help with both title work and closings. She has often been asked to go on short notice and has been very willing to help where help is needed. She always maintains her cheerful demeanor and works very well under pressure. Her efforts are greatly appreciated and have helped maintain the high level of customer service that we strive for. Thank you Jenny.

Tawnya Carroll from the Morrison office was selected for the month of July. The Morrison office has had a number of new employees this year, which has required our experienced staff to take on additional responsibilities as well as to help train new staff members. Tawnya has cheerfully tackled the more complicated title files as well as stepping into the closing room to conduct closings. She is very productive and has done this while Whiteside County has remained quite busy and has been working through the computer system change. Tawnya’s efforts are also greatly appreciated and have helped to maintain a high level of customer service. Thank you Tawnya.

Please help me congratulate Jenny and Tawnya for a great job!
