Introducing Chad Shillady
H.B. Wilkinson’s Newest Employee Brings Experience
Before joining H.B. Wilkinson Title Company, Chad Shillady was employed at Chicago Title Agency of Rockford. He started with CTA in 1994 working as an abstractor/searcher and also as their network administrator. In 1996 he transferred to their closing department, which to this day is still one of his favorite jobs. “I love doing closings because I get to meet new people all the time and it’s a way to get to know your customers on a more personal level” said Chad. In 1998 Chad’s father and his partner sold Chicago Title Agency of Rockford to Metropolitan Title. Chad left the closing department for the most part, although every once in awhile he would still get the opportunity to perform a closing, and became the network administrator for their offices in Rockford and Belvidere. In 2000 Metropolitan Title purchased 9 more offices in the Chicagoland area. He then became the network administrator of 11 offices. In 2002 Chad resigned from that position and decided to work for U.S. Bank as a loan officer. He worked with U.S. Bank a year before being approached by Draper and Kramer for a position they had in their new Miami Beach office. He worked for them as an in house loan officer for ocean front high-rise condos for 2 years. “Last month I moved back to Rockford and was fortunate enough to obtain a position with H.B. Wilkinson Title Company as a Marketing Representative” said Shillady. We are very excited to have Chad on board, so please join us in welcoming him to the H.B. family.
H.B. Wilkinson Hosts Realtor Open House & BAB
On Thursday, July 12th Office Manager Joni Ehnen and fellow staff members opened their doors for an Open House and a Business After Business (BAB) at the Dixon Office in Lee County. The beautiful weather made it possible for everyone to socialize in the back garden where the BAB announced the winning numbers for their raffle. Food and drink were enjoyed including homemade barbecue, mini meatballs, cheese, meats, and crackers.
Jennifer Hulstedt Joins H.B. Wilkinson
Jennifer graduated
from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in May
2006 with a B.A. Degree in Administration of Justice
and a minor in Spanish. Jennifer and her husband Alan
have a dog and just bought a home in Davis Junction.
Her interests include the outdoors, camping, playing
softball, going to baseball games, experiencing new
things, seeing new places, and spending time with her
friends and family.
