It is with great pleasure that we announce that H.B. Wilkinson Title Company has acquired all the outstanding shares of Stephenson County Abstract & Title Company. With the completion of the sale of the company, we are also pleased to announce that Dianne A. Bass and Marsha K. Kerkhoff will remain with the company and will have managing control of SCATC on a day-to-day basis.
We extend out heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the shareholders of SCATC for their many years of service to the company. Their efforts have led to the great success that SCATC has enjoyed in the market. We are grateful for their dedication and years of service to the community.
