H. B. Wilkinson Title Co. Names Karen Zehr Manager
H. B. Wilkinson Title Company, Inc. (HBW), a Galena based title insurance and real estateinformation services firm, has named Karen Zehr branch manager of the Galena office locatedat 321 North Bench Street, it was announced by Daniel D. Mennenoh, president of HBW.
Ms. Zehr joined H. B. Wilkinson Title Company in 1995 as a searcher and closing officer. Shewas later promoted to the position of title examiner. She is a graduate of Goshen College,Goshen, Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to joining HBW, Ms.Zehr worked at the Gannon Mental Health Center in Dubuque. Her new responsibilitiesinclude handling the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting in business development inthe Jo Daviess County area.
In a related announcement, Mr. Mennenoh reported that Jenny Heins has joined the companyas an escrow closing officer. Ms. Heins, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Platteville,was formerly employed by Eagle Ridge Inn and Resort as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Asclosing officer, Ms. Heins will be responsible for the coordination of escrow closings withRealtors®, attorneys, builders and lenders.
